Luís Correa da Silva
PhD candidate at the University of São Paulo, holding a Master's degree in Physiology and Biochemistry from the same university. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Genetics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where I gained experience in heterologous protein expression and purification, as well as protein structural determination by NMR. Currently, my research focuses on the Anaphase Promoting Complex/Cyclosome in plants, where I am characterizing the effects of expression modulation of its subunits in Arabidopsis and tomato.
