I am a Ph.D student at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology,Chinese Academy of Science.
My research is dedicated to understanding the molecular basis of rice tiller angle, which is an important component of plant architecture.My doctoral research focused on exploring the regulatory network of the the early stage of gravitropism invovled in rice tiller angle. This study employed dynamic transcriptome and chromatin accesibiltiy assays to identify key genes and molecular pathways involved in the gravitropism.
