Ana L Caicedo
Ana Caicedo is a professor in the Biology Department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and has been at UMass since 2006. Her current research interests include the genetic basis of adaptation, the genomics of plant domestication, and the population genetics of diversification within and between species. Dr. Caicedo also co-founded and jointly runs "The Mind Hears", a blog and peer mentoring forum for deaf and hard of hearing academics.
